Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 18, 2026
Overview
arial helps you improve your resume by processing the file you upload and returning an enhanced version. This page explains what data is handled and how we protect your privacy.
What We Process
We process the content of your uploaded resume so the service can analyze, rewrite, and format it. This may include personal details already present in your file, such as your name, contact details, and work history.
Storage
We may store copies of uploaded resumes in private infrastructure used to run the service. Files are handled as part of the processing workflow and are not published publicly by default.
Anonymous uploads (resumes processed without an account) and their generated previews are deleted from working storage within 48 hours. Purchased resumes are retained so you can re-download them from your account.
How Your Data Is Used
Your resume content is used only to:
- extract text from your uploaded file,
- generate an improved resume draft, and
- compile and return the final output to you.
Third-Party Services
arial may rely on infrastructure, storage, payment, or model providers to run the service. Those providers receive data only as needed to perform the requested operation for your session.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data in transit and during processing. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
